Our Ethos

PhysioHub is a team of dedicated and experienced healthcare professionals based in Bayside, Sutton, Dublin 13. We believe in the power that a tailored exercise programme and quality education and care can have on your rehabilitation journey. We value the trust that our patients place in us and enjoy collaborating with them and their multi-disciplinary team to achieve their specific goals during times of injury, pain or dysfunction. We're here 7 days a week to look after you! If you're a Monday to Friday, 9-5 person, that's no problem, we're here from 07.30am until 10pm, and that's Saturday mornings too!
Evidence-based practice is a must for us; that is why we do our utmost to use the most up to date research to ensure a high standard of care for all.

  • Ergonomic Assessment

    An employer has a legal responsibility to ensure the workplace ergonomics are assessed. It is a valuable assessment to ensure maximum comfort and minimise risk of injury to staff as well as improving productivity.

    Weightlifting in its most original form is lifting something up and putting it back down. That’s the deadlift. It’s simple and one of the best muscle-growing, health-improving moves around.

    A great movement for the glutes and quads and can also be fantastic for developing a good, strong and stable core.
